Welcome to the Bella Sera website. This site provides contact information for the residents, the Board of Directors, and members of Finance committee. In addition, you will find a calendar of events and general announcements or reminders. The community’s official documents, including our rules and regulations, and reservation forms can be found at this site. Financial information for Bella Sera, including the Budgets and YTD financials, can be found by clicking on the "Financials" page.
The Emergency Action Plan for Bella Sera has been added to the website. There are two versions available: a quick reference and one that has more details. For your safety, please take time to click on this document and review the Emergency Action Plan.
Your individual information can be updated as you wish; however, if you add information in the "spouse" section, it may interfere with the program's capability to send to you certain e-mails.
Regular Board meetings are scheduled on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the conference room. Board meetings are open to all owners. In an ongoing effort to meet the needs of the Community, the Board may schedule Special and/or Emergency Board meetings. Announcements of these meetings will be posted on the Community website.
Midwest Property Management is now on-site at Bella Sera. Debbie Meeker is the on-site manager and her hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Debbie's email address is [email protected].
